Crazy Neighbours.

Everyone gets one in their lifetime and at the moment we have one. This guy is seriously crazy.

The day we moved in he "dropped" a tool over the fence to check out who we were and since then it's gotten worse. We do nothing to provoke this guy we just try to live our life as quietly as possible. We don't have raging parties every night of the week(lol with kids those days are long over). We now get abused via the front door intercom for walking on the nature strip out the front of his house. He has tried to attack my Husband with an axe handle(this ended in the police being called by us) He has deliberately ridden his push bike into a car parked on our driveway then threatened that he could take our house if he had been hurt(LOL good luck with that we rent). He has called in the parking inspectors because we park husbands car on our nature strip(no footpath on this side of the street and it's not blocking access to anything). He has taken to playing loud music for roughly 12hrs a day from 8am til 8pm EVERY SINGLE DAY. I wonder if he would change that tacit if he knew we enjoyed the music LOL. To now he called the police because a visitor park their car on our nature strip. He told husband "now it's my turn to call the police" LOL like they would care. And he has taken to filming our coming and goings. And what can the police do about this harassment? NOT A DAMN THING. Our only option is to take out a Protected Person's order which is a road we really didn't want to take. This is daily harassment for us from him. We can't leave the house without him coming out to watch us or come home with the same effect. He is scaring the children to the point that he thinks he is going to attack them(they witnessed the attempted attack on husband). Until we have the protection order nothing can be done. We didn't want this we just want to live quietly with our kids safely.

We could move but we like this area and it has a great school close by that the children go to and family is close by as well.
